RETURN POLICY
We are not happy, if you are not happy. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will try and make it better.
We cannot issue refunds on purchases. All items purchased from The Curvy Girl in the Middle are eligible for only exchange if there are defects. Items must be returned with the original packaging and in original condition. Any items return to us without the original packaging and/or in bad condition, will not be accepted. We do not accept items worn or used. Any signs of usage (ie: perfume smell, deodorant marks, visible stains) will not be accepted for exchange. No exceptions will be made.
Please review your order as soon as it is received. If you have not received an item or have received a defective or incorrect item, contact our customer service within three (3) days of receipt of your order.
All returns must be received within 30 days of the date of shipping. Please include your completed return form and a copy of the original receipt. PLEASE NOTE: all athletic shoes, bathing suits, “Sale” items, and lingerie are final sale and are not eligible for exchange(s).
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow five (5) — seven (7) business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.
The Curvy Girl in the Middle will not consider a size issue as a manufacturing defect. We will do our best to alert our customers if items run true to size or not.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
